By executing an enterprise deployment of Edropic ERP, your institution enters into a legally binding master service agreement. This digital contract supersedes all prior communications and establishes the governing framework for platform usage.

2. Architectural License

We grant your institution a non-exclusive, non-transferable global license to operate the Edropic architecture. This license strictly prohibits reverse engineering, sublicensing, or deploying the software outside of the contracted branches and divisions.

3. Institutional Responsibilities

Administrators bear absolute responsibility for data hygiene and regulatory compliance regarding student records entered into the system. Edropic provides the infrastructure; your institution governs the content.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee a 99.99% uptime for core ledger and attendance APIs. Scheduled structural maintenance will be broadcasted to super-admins 48 hours in advance. Emergency security patches may be deployed instantaneously without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Edropic operates as a structural conduit. Under no circumstances shall our engineers, executives, or shareholders be held liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from institutional mismanagement or operator error.

6. Protocol Modifications

We reserve the right to iteratively refine these terms. Material modifications to the protocol will be cryptographicially signed and broadcasted to your administrative dashboard 30 days before taking effect.
